You would think I would have learned this one already. But I am pretty good at being stubborn.
Which is why I included a “don’t break the chain” calendar in my New Year’s goal list. “Don’t break the chain” is where you commit to doing something every day, be it exercise, reading, whatever you wish to make time for every day. I chose to give myself two goals a month so I could continue part of the chain and not get so discouraged. This is as far as I got:
I think that might be the best I’ve ever done. You can see it was doomed from the start because I skipped the first three days of the year. I only managed one day of yoga, four and a bit of music.
From now on I’m just going to stick to the To Do list I keep in my day planner. Those things seem to get done more often.
